It tells the story of Genelle Guzman, who spent 27 hours trapped beneath the collapsed North Tower and was the last survivor pulled from Ground Zero. Shepherd plays Guzman and is also an executive producer.

Lifetime airs it Saturday, Sept. 12, at 8 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. CT. It is the fourth film under the Robin Roberts Presents banner.
